Maury Argento is a systems builder and operations leader with more than two decades of experience translating complex technologies into scalable, real-world products. Her career spans military operations, advanced manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, and emerging technology startups, giving her a rare ability to connect strategy, engineering, and execution.

Maury currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Immediator, where she leads product strategy, platform architecture, and operational scale. Her focus is building secure, high-trust infrastructure that enables legal and insurance professionals to make faster, more informed settlement decisions.

Before founding Immediator, Maury held leadership roles across Silicon Valley’s advanced technology ecosystem. At Capella Space, she led business systems and operational architecture for a next-generation satellite imaging platform. Earlier in her career she helped streamline manufacturing and production systems for the da Vinci surgical robotic platform at Intuitive Surgical and drove operational improvements for robotic mobility technology at Ekso Bionics. Across these roles, she specialized in designing repeatable systems that increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability across engineering and manufacturing organizations.

Maury began her career as a U.S. Army officer, where she managed communications infrastructure and operational planning across multiple international deployments. Earlier in her service she developed and implemented one of the first biological decontamination centers for deployed personnel in Riyadh during Operation Enduring Freedom, reflecting a career-long focus on solving complex operational challenges under real-world constraints.

In addition to her leadership in technology companies, Maury is an advisor to several sustainability and innovation initiatives and is the founder of Filosano, a platform dedicated to promoting environmentally responsible consumer products.

Maury holds an MBA in Technology and Sustainability from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma practitioner.

At Immediator, Maury brings together her background in enterprise systems, operational scale, and mission-driven leadership to build the platform infrastructure behind PRISM and to guide the company’s growth at the intersection of law, insurance, and advanced analytics.
